Broken screens can be easily fixed with a widely-available replacement

Batteries can be replaced, or scaled up (with matching 3d printable spacer files) to give the user more battery life

The screen bumper and spacer is 3d printed and the design files for the entire project are open source. 

The MCU is a widely-available XIAO ESP32-S3 kit, and can be replaced or swapped with a compatible footprint MCU for different behavior.

The antenna connector is RP-SMA, which is the default for any SMA 2.4Ghz antennas (wifi/BT) and can be connected to any user-supplied antenna.
